Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/Demographics vandal

Basic information

Someone from Southern California has been disrupting a wide range of articles about demographics, ethnicity, ancestry and diasporas, adding original research or trivia (special:diff/1077059718), or non-neutral material (special:diff/1167399609). They have also used proxies from elsewhere, for instance Special:Contributions/36.13.163.19 was blocked for two years, and Special:Contributions/211.212.237.197 was blocked three times. They make many requests at Wikipedia:Articles for creation/Redirects (1, 2, 3) and use such redirects to create articles as IPs (special:diff/1186461370). They have repeatedly attempted to create an article at List of Mexican-American communities out of a redirect. They add links to foreign language wikis in navigation boxes (special:diff/1181676421), or add ancestry statistics to city articles (special:diff/1232105401).
