Draft:Nakano's vanishing theorem (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Contextless abandoned draft. Perhaps improving Hörmander's vanishing theorem until a spinout is appropriate? (Edit) that does not exist, so maybe that is the place to start on this topic. Legacypac (talk) 02:13, 4 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep. Not abandoned. Also, while it is a generalization of a theorem of Hörmander, there is no rule saying we need to work on an article on the older results first. -- Taku (talk) 23:30, 4 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
could these draft ideas be kept on a page in the creator's userspace until they are ready to work on? It would be easier for them to find. They keep coming up and need to be checked repeatedly as I work to clear out spam, attack etc pages. Legacypac (talk) 03:53, 5 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that what we need is a way to record the fact someone looked at a draft and has determined it should be kept. I don't think moving it to the user namespace is a way, since a draft like this needs not be mine; I welcome if someone else develops it and move it to the main namespace. Those with appropriate backgrounds (who can recognize Nakano, Hörmander, vanishing theorem), the draft has enough context. (In fact, something had happened more than once in the past.) I have already proposed a "draft classifier template" precisely for this purpose. Please see Wikipedia_talk:Drafts#RfC:_Draft_classifier_template (perhaps I should re-propose this.) --- Taku (talk) 06:22, 5 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
