Delete per nom. Considering that I have been told that "racism" in any form is against the rules, this userbox must be deleted. It is not a question of ifs, ands or buts. If there are rules of any sort, they must be enforced to their fullest extent against any who are subject to them and would be deviant from those rules. As this userbox is deviant from Wikipedian norms, it must immediately be dealt with in the name of order on Wikipedia. Per WP:NORACISTS, this swine must be eliminated. I rest my case.
