Per WP:UP#COPIES, userspace "should not be used to indefinitely host pages that look like articles, old revisions, or deleted content, or your preferred version of disputed content." This content has not been edited for more than a year, appears stale, and is not under active development. Since ZuluPapa5 (talk · contribs) has been topic-banned by ArbCom from all matters climate-change-related, it seems unlikely that he can actively develop the page in the near future, and userspace is not an appropriate long-term repository for extraneous content per site guidelines.

• Delete. As with the now-deleted /CAUC page, ZuluPapa5 has evinced no interest in working with this page for quite a while — his last edit was in December 2009, long before his topic ban barred him from further work in this area. As he describes in the attached FAQ subpage (User talk:ZuluPapa5/Opinions on Climate Change/FAQ), this was a draft fork/rewrite of content from other articles (particularly Public opinion on climate change, Scientific opinion on climate change and Economic opinion on climate change) which has obviously since fallen by the wayside. • Indeed. That's slightly tamer than the message he left for MastCell here, so that's two personal attacks in a row. A third strike and he strikes out. Note this is on top of many other personal attacks and assumptions of bad faith directed at MastCell and other users and admins. This guy knows he's going down and wants to go out in a blaze of glory. Is it really worth wasting our time by even pitching that third ball?
