Wikipedia:Article Incubator/Wikimedia Incubator

At first I halfway suspected this was a joke. In a way it is. This poor draft has been passed around like a blunt at a Snoop Dogg concert, from user space to the abandoned draft project, back to userspace, and just over a year ago came to the incubator where it has not had any substantive edits. Despite all the different users who have given it their time there is not a single reliable source attached, so it is unlikely it would make it in mainspace. Why that is not really the right answer is simple: The subject of this draft article is already that place. Entire new WMF projects are not developed on Wikipedia. Delete per nom. - The last addition to the page was 10 July 2012‎. Despite being located in various spaces, only two editors have contributed to the page and their contributions have not been continuous and not based on reliable sources. The page would not stand as an article. There is no intention that the article can and will be improved, so the page fails the criteria listed at Wikipedia:Article Incubator. -- Jreferee (talk) 14:32, 4 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
