This is an audio file, which the uploader has claimed to be the author of, and has declared the file to be in the public domain. Whilst I do not attempt to dispute the uploader's authorship over this file, I believe that it is a derived work, and that therefore the copyright is not entirely his to release. The file is claimed to be the author's band performing a "cover...[of] the song Just Pretend by the Bens". There is no evidence that this band, or the songwriter, have declared the original version of this song to be in the public domain, and therefore there are royalties issues which would prevent the author from declaring his band's cover of the song into the public domain. Logo image downloaded from website. Uploader asserts ownership, but no proof is provided. I would suggest deleting while user Harris33 proves he/she has permission to upload this logo using OTRS. Deadly∀ssassin 13:09, 8 July 2008 (UTC)
- I have attempted to contact the organisation and im awaiting a reply as to whether the logo is public domain or not. If it is then i suggest something is sent through OTRS.
