November 4
Needless clutter caused by a typo at first stub-making. No incoming links and only trivial history (just stub-creation, two no-longer-applicable taggings, and re-direction). Deletion already cleared with the originator of both the re-direct and the target[1]. Lonewolf BC 21:26, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
- Keep, this is a plausible typo. Redirects with miscapitalization are perfectly acceptible. See also this section of the redirects guideline. Picaroon9288 21:46, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
- That wasn't terribly informative (no offense), but I puzzled it out. In short, a redirect for miscapitalisations is needed in this case, but only because of the capital "E" in "McEvedy". The capital "E" renders "Go" case-sensitive with respect to that title, and so "Go" would fail to yield the article unless that exact capitalisation were used in seeking it. The redirect could as well be "Colin Mcevedy" as "Colin mcevedy", for either of which "Go" works case-insensitively, and so will find the redirect, and thus yield the article, no matter what capitalisation is used in seeking it. (It is beyond me why "Go" is not simply made to be always case-insensitive.) -- Lonewolf BC 05:41, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
- Keep, therefore. I withdraw my "rfd", in light of the above. -- Lonewolf BC 06:04, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

Completing incomplete nomination by User:Mwtoews. Delete, implausible redirect, the title doesn't make much sense. TimBentley (talk) 03:51, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
- Delete per TimBentley's reasoning SilverStartalk 13:29, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
- As a side note, I've moved GNU Units to Units (Unix). My nomination for the RFD is still is valid though (D as in Delete, that is). +mwtoews 09:19, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

award name → MTV Pilipinas Video Music Award for award name
Incorrectly makes it seem that MTV Pilipinas Video Music Awards has a monopoly on determining the Favorite Song, Video of the Year, etc. See here for similar prior deletions. The list of actual redirects to be deleted are:
- Favorite Song → MTV Pilipinas Video Music Award for Favorite Song
- Video of the Year → MTV Pilipinas Video Music Award for Video of the Year
- Favorite Male Video → MTV Pilipinas Video Music Award for Favorite Male Video
- Favorite Female Video → MTV Pilipinas Video Music Award for Favorite Female Video
- Favorite New Artist in a Video → MTV Pilipinas Video Music Award for Favorite New Artist in a Video
- Favorite Group Video → MTV Pilipinas Video Music Award for Favorite Group Video

- Delete all per nominator's reasoning. Gavia immer (u|t|c) 17:11, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
- Delete all of these redirects... too broad of terms, which are probably used in dozens of different award ceremonies. I helped move some of these when they were being created, and tried to warn the user not to use such broad terms for article names. --Czj 17:17, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
- Delete all per above. MTV isn't the only channel that gives out music related awards.--TBCΦtalk? 04:21, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
