No particular reason why this should exist. If it is a deletedpage "masquerading" as a redirect it has existed for way too long anyway. Punkmorten 10:44, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- Delete that website has nothing to do with the football players. Dar-Ape 04:28, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
Brett Netson's primary band is Caustic Resin, which didn't have an article before today. If he doesn't have his own page, he should redirect to Caustic Resin. Torc 02:11, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- If that's the case, just change the redirect target. Punkmorten 10:44, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- Oh, OK. I didn't know that was wikikosher. Done. Torc 18:35, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- It's still showing the CfD, so I guess there needs to be a mod ruling on this. I'm actually still in favor of just deleting it since Brett Netson isn't synonymous with Caustic Resin. Torc 18:56, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
See the page on Democrat Party (phrase) before providing an opinion. I think with the context of that article and continued use of this as a slur or at least incorrect phrase, that this subject should be reopened (it was previously an AFD). I am suggesting that this redirect be redirected to Democrat Party (phrase). As any objective politician can tell you, there is no such USA party known as the Democrat Party, so why should there be a link to Democrat Party (United States) link anywhere but to a widely used but incorrect phrase. Gdo01 18:22, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- I agree for the above reasons. The Democrat Party (phrase) article would then have a disambiguation with the Democratic Party (United States) in the top line, no? --PsyphicsΨΦ 21:29, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- I see nothing wrong with a disambiguation line. Some people do casually make the mistake. There are a whole bunch of examples of Democrats doing it on Talk:Democrat Party (phrase) but that doesn't mean its correct. Gdo01 21:47, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- Redirect to Democrat Party (phrase), which is an excellent article, by the way. Support for the disambiguation, too. Sdsds 04:22, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- Redirect to Democrat Party (phrase), with disambig. --John Kenneth Fisher 07:04, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- Redirect to Democrat Party (phrase). Not entirely wrong, not entirely derogatory, but if anyone uses it they should be directed to the discussion of the term. — Randall Bart 23:55, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
