Broker Price Opinion → Real estate appraisal

A BPO is NOT an appraisal. Appraisal is done by a professional, degree-holding 'Appraiser'. A Broker Price Opinion (Or BPO) is used as a non-legally binding opinion of house value. Unlike Appraisal, which can be used by banks to refinance. This redirect while keeping a redlink out of Wikipedia, is stopping someone versed on the subject from creating an article, such as me. Well, I'm not sure I will be able to create this right away, but if I can, it is as simple as just removing the redirect, I figured it was more complicated. But, either way, I doubt the article would be big. Is it acceptable then? Neuro√Logic 03:57, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
