Premature: it hasn't happened yet. This redirect can always be recreated if conflict actually breaks out, but at the moment it's inaccurate. No such category ever exists as "Latest stable release" nor does such a template exist for any software product. So such a redirect is useless,unrequired and handles just one use cases of the thousands possible. Anyways. the redirecting page template has no information either. It reads "NA" - not available.
