I'm not sure there is a primary topic here, but if there is one it is Jason Polan who is not listed on the dab but only via Polan (surname) so I think the best thing would be to target Jason Polan and add a hatnote Polan redirects here, for other people with this name see Polan (surname), for other uses see Polan (disambiguation). The result of the discussion was Retarget to Ira#IRA 2 per WP:DUPSECTNAME. Thanks to Coupdeforce whose comment made me do some research about why they said "IRA 2" instead of "IRA" as a section redirect. In related news, their comment resulted in me creating the redirect WP:DUPSECTNAME, as well me making a series of edits on Help:Link to make the information regarding linking to a duplicate section name on a page easier to find.
