Redirect's title is a plural, and there's already the appropriate one titled Chladni plate. uKER (talk) 06:20, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
- Keep. Plural redirects are standard in cases such as this. UnitedStatesian (talk) 22:51, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
- Keep per UnitedStatesian. Nominator seems to be confused; WP:PLURAL has nothing to do with redirects, and we have
{{R from plural}}
for a very good reason. :-) — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ 😼 23:10, 2 December 2018 (UTC) - The above discussion is preserved as an archive of the debate. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page.

- November 2018 Pakistan attacks → 2018 Orakzai bombing (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
WP:XY - 2018 Karachi Chinese consulate attack, 2018 Orakzai bombing. wumbolo ^^^ 20:45, 24 November 2018 (UTC)
- Convert to DaB. WP:XY does not apply because there is no "and" in the title. UnitedStatesian (talk) 00:08, 25 November 2018 (UTC)
- XY is simply shorthand for "multiple equally likely targets". Another possible solution could be a retarget to 2018 in Pakistan#November once that's updated. -- Tavix (talk) 01:55, 25 November 2018 (UTC)
- If we delete something because there are multiple equally likely targets, please explain why Georgia and Mercury are disambiguation pages and why they haven't been deleted for this reason. Nyttend (talk) 01:59, 25 November 2018 (UTC)
- Per WP:XY:
In some cases a disambiguation page is a suitable replacement

- Retarget to 2018 in Pakistan#November as suggested by Tavix or Delete because no RS has referred to the attacks as such. Oppose DPAGE for the same reason. The title makes it seem that the attacks took place all across Pakistan. The Donkey King (talk) 08:05, 25 November 2018 (UTC)
