The "Endgame" "future" section talks about the future of the Avengers franchise as a whole. Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase Six#Avengers: Secret Wars (2026) is more specific about the film, and has a more related context. As pointed, the film will close the "Multiverse" story arc of the MCU, and that means that although it would strictly be a sequel to the Avengers, it will likely be more related to MCU films released closer in time than to Endgame (same as Infinity War & Endgame are incomprehensible if you saw "Age of Ultron" and jump to those sequels without watching anything else in the meantime). And note that this is a temporary redirect anyway, Draft:Avengers: Secret Wars will be moved to mainspace once the film starts filming. Cambalachero (talk) 14:57, 24 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

• Comment: Both the Future entry at the Endgame article and the Phase Six article feature relatively the same contents necessary to understand what this upcoming film is. From my understanding, the Secret Wars redirect, along with others for forthcoming MCU works, were redirected to relevant "Future" sections at the predecessor articles so they could be linked to at the Phase articles without just being a double link to those articles themselves via a redirect to a section there, and I believe there was a policy reason for not doing that. All of the info on Secret Wars will inevitably be in its own article, so I don't feel too strongly about it necessarily needing a change, although the Phase Six article does include when it is supposed to begin filming, which the Endgame one does not.   • Retarget to Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase Six#Avengers: Secret Wars (2026): Upon further inspection, there are other MCU redirects for upcoming projects linking to the Phase articles, and since Phase Six has some slightly further details than the Endgame section provides, I see no harm in retargeting this and the other upcoming Avengers film Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. From a quick search, the only road I can find which actually uses this name is the North Luzon East Expressway, but I don't know if it's ever referred to as just the East Expressway.   Keeping a problematic redirect just because it is a {{R from move}} sets a poor precedent. Otherwise, we'd be keeping a lot of redirects that are eligible for one or more of the "G" criterion for speedy deletion just because they were leftover from a move.   Fair enough as the sarcasm in the first sentence is apparent: "Problematic" as in "delete per WP:RDAB tends to supersede keep per {{R from move}}". But yeah, not sure where the page view noise is coming from for this redirect; I didn't bypass any links to this redirect, and it currently has no incoming links not related to this RFD.
