Supporting evidence: These two accounts have received heaps of warnings for basically the same activity, little vandalism in accounts regarding lists of presidents, prime ministers, government etc. by changing numbers in dates and similar. The IP account is more active and has had 2 blocks so far while the "Onlyonetime" user has a fair amount of warnings but no blocks yet. There are 7 warnings on the talk page of Onlyonetime and nothing else while 82.117.194.34 talk page has 29 warnings, 2 blocks and nothing else. Pattern of edits is similar and is restricted to the same type of articles. I think that something needs to be done as it is quite unprofessional to let this issue stay for so long as the IP address is obviously static (the same address for the past two years with the same editing target articles). --Avala (talk) 15:39, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Additional information needed. Could you provide some diffs of the problematic behaviour, please? I have had a scan through but can't find anything that reflects the behaviour you're talking about.
