The first list of diffs demonstrate an edit pattern in which the older A.kayani (account created 20. April) is quite content to edit war on his own.
The second list of diffs, of the younger A.kayani (account created 25. April during older A.kayani block),

• represent the younger A.kayanis entire edit history,
• take place only while the older A.kayani was/is blocked
• that are all simply reverts that reinstate the revision of the older A.kayani.

Although (IMO) both A.kayanis are patently disruptive, and hence would qualify for a block-on-sight per RFCU instructions, as Wafulz has noted on AN/I, there is some question of whether these two accounts can be treated as identical.
