- Supporting evidence: Following up from Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Crown_SEO.2C_advertising_that_they_spam_Wikipedia. Crown SEO have openly admitted to intentionally spamming wikipedia or editing articles with a WP:COI. http://network-tools.com/ reveals the above addresses are used exclusivly by Crown SEO. - No obvious evidence of abuse, given the IPs you've mentioned here. I suppose it's possible they might be using proxies or other addresses, but that's beyond the scope I'm currently looking at. For the time being, I'd say this is
