• Supporting evidence:I am requesting this CU due to recent activity regarding the articles the banned user has edited and other involved editors.

• The second edit of user GeraldDean, supporting a request for taking of the semi-protection of an article where the conflict has ocurred.
• Same editor agreeing with the rant of another editor regaring the editors involved in the dispute, and the articles involved in the dispute.
• Independent2's first edit, asking that the admins revert the editor SteveBaker, who the banned user had previously had a conflict with.
• A long rant by Independent2 regarding the articles the conflict is about, along with the involved editor SteveBaker.
• The user Independent2 registered one hour after GeraldDean registered.

I have been using Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of Fraberj to maintain the growing list of 71.114.*.* addresses as I track them down through edit history similarities and such. It's clear though that these are being allocated to Fraberj from a DHCP server because they change from one day to the next. As of tonight, the list includes:

Previous rounds of sock-puppet hunting seem to have turned up a range of 4.249.*.* addresses - but those don't seem to have been active for the past couple of months:
