I suspect that User:Rajusharmaofc is a sockmaster of Nepalirider123 because of the similarities of their request at WP:RFP/RV as seen in this revision [1]. User Nepalirider123 added his request for pending reviewer rights here [2] at 21:16, 10 July 2016. After adding my non admin observation a hour later, Rajusharmaofc added his request here [3] which is a copy-paste of user Nepalirider123 request.
