Comment: The article that I am interested in having translated is, in fact, in English (it is Sadaqah) but I was not able to find an exact template for a request to translate something from English into another language on the English language Wikipedia.
Interest of the translation: It would be worthwhile to include the Arabic for "Sadaqah" at the start of the article, similar to how articles like Zakat include Arabic translations of their titles at the start of the article.
