Criterion Games on brittiläinen vuonna 1996 perustettu Electronic Artsin alaisuudessa toimiva pelitalo. Criterion Software oli alun perin Canonin omistuksessa, kunnes se myytiin Electronic Artsille vuonna 2004. Criterion Games tunnetaan Need for Speed ja Burnout -pelisarjoista ja Black -videopelistä. Myös RenderWare-pelimoottori on myös Criterionin kehittämälähde?.
Vuonna 2013 yhtiö työllisti 17 henkilöä, koska 60–65 siirrettiin Ghost Gamesille työskentelemään Need for Speed -pelien pariin. Criterion Games työllisti noin 90 henkilöä vuonna 2017. Vuonna 2020 EA siirsi Need for Speedin kehittämisen takaisin Criterionille. Vuodesta 2025 lähtien pelitalo on ollut nimellä Criterion - A Battlefield Studio.
