Secret Chiefs 3, tunnetaan myös nimellä SC3, on ryhmä Mr. Bunglen ja Faith No Moren entisen kitaristin Trey Spruancen johtamia muusikoita. Kokoonpano sekä studiossa että live-keikoilla on vaihdellut ryhmän esittäessä monimuotoista musiikkia, kuten surf rockia, persialaista-, intialaista-, ja arabimusiikkia, death metallia, elokuvamusiikkia, elektronista musiikkia ja useita muita genrejä.

Alkuperäinen kokoonpano

Trey Spruance perusti bändin 1990-luvun puolivälissä yhdessä Mr. Bungle-kavereidensa Trevor Dunnin ja Danny Heifetzin kanssa. Eräitä Secret Chiefs 3:n kanssa levyttäneitä tai esiintyneitä artisteja: viulisti Eyvind Kang, lyömäsoittaja William Winant, entinen Mr. Bunglen jäsen Clinton McKinnon, sekä Estradaspheren jäsenet Timb Harris, Jason Schimmel ja Tim Smolens.
