De Lioness line is de naam van een spoorlijn in Londen, van London Euston naar Watford Junction, deel uitmakend van het London Overground-netwerk. De lijn is geëlektrificeerd met 750V gelijkstroom. De naam verwijst naar het Britse vrouwenvoetbaleftal, dat het Wembley-stadion gebruikt, en wordt sinds eind 2024 gevoerd. Voordien stond de lijn bekend als de Watford DC Line om hem te onderscheiden van de (nabijgelegen) West Coast Main Line die met wisselstroom gevoed werd.
