Key Largo er en øy i USA, beliggende i Mexicogulfen. Øya er den lengste i øygruppen Florida Keys, med 53 km.
Med nærheten til Floridas korallrev tiltrekker øya seg tusenvis av dykkere og fiskere hvert år.
