Roza (russisk: Роза) er et russisk kvinnenavn som betyr «rose». Navnet er vanlig blant annet i flere land som tidligere var del av Sovjetunionen. En navnebærer er den kirgisiske diplomaten Roza Otunbajeva, som var president i Kirgisistan fra 2010 til 2011 og dermed den første kvinnelige presidenten i Sentral-Asia. Hun spilte en sentral rolle i overgangen til demokratisk styre etter revolusjonen i 2010.

Roza er en variant av Rosa, som stammer fra det latinske ordet rosa, som betyr «rose».
