Alexia Simone Umansky (born June 18, 1996) is an American television personality and real estate agent. She has appeared as a main cast member on the Netflix reality television series Buying Beverly Hills since 2022.

Early life

Alexia Simone Umansky was born in Los Angeles, California on June 18, 1996, as the second of four daughters to Kyle Richards, an actress, and first of three to Mauricio Umansky, a real estate broker. She has two sisters; Sophia and Portia Umansky, and an older maternal half-sister Farrah Brittany. She is Jewish.

A. Umansky went to Wise Elementary School until summer 2008, then to Milken Community School from 2008-2014, and eventually graduated from the Emerson College in spring 2018, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications after originally going to University of Arizona.

Family

A. Umansky's cousins through her aunt Kim Richards are Brooke Brinson, Whitney and Chad Davis, and Kimberly Jackson. She is also related to the Hilton family, through her aunt Kathy Hilton's marriage to uncle Richard Hilton; her cousins are Paris, Nicky, Barron, and Conrad Hilton III. In November 2014, she was bitten by Kim's dog Kingsley and was hospitalized.

Career

A. Umansky made her television debut in October 2010, on the Bravo reality television series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

A. Umansky worked as an intern at The Agency RE, a global boutique real estate brokerage, based in Beverly Hills, California, which was co-founded by her father Mauricio Umansky since 2017 before joiningthe main cast of the Netflix reality television series Buying Beverly Hills from the start in fall 2022.

Personal life

A. Umansky resided in Boston from fall 2014 to summer 2018. She currently resides in Encino, Los Angeles with her parents and sisters, where she had lived before going to college, and is now married to Jake Zingerman, a close friend of hers since 2004, since fall 2025. Her parents separated in 2023.
