Carfentanil

Carfentanil is a drug. It is a strong opioid that is around 10,000 times stronger than morphine and around 100 times stronger than fentanyl. Since carfentanil is so strong, humans can die from overdose easily, and is instead usually used on big animals like elephants.

Carfentanil was first made in 1974 from fentanyl and was used in veterinary medicine in 1986.
