Charles "Chuck" McDew (June 23, 1938 – April 3, 2018) was an American civil rights activist. He was the chairman of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) from 1960 to 1963.

McDew died on April 3, 2018 of a heart attack in West Newton, Massachusetts at the age of 79.
