Joseph Harry Fowler Connick Sr. (March 27, 1926 – January 24, 2024) is an American attorney. He is best known for being the district attorney of the Parish of Orleans from 1973 to 2003.

His son, Harry Connick Jr., is a jazz singer, pianist, actor, and humanitarian. Harry Connick Sr. died in New Orleans on January 24, 2024, at the age of 97.
