Jimmy Kimmel Live! is an American late-night talk show, created and hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, and broadcast on the American Broadcasting Company (ABC). The first episode came out on January 26, 2003.

Jimmy Kimmel Live! is produced by 12:05 AM Productions, LLC, in association with Kimmelot and 20th Television.

On September 17, 2025, ABC suspended the show after Kimmel said that "conservatives were using [Charlie] Kirk's killing to score political points". His works caused a warning from Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chair Brendan Carr. Five days later, the suspension ended, with the show returning the following night.
