John William Money (8 July 1921 – 7 July 2006) was a New Zealand psychologist, sexologist and author. He researched human sexuality and gender identity.

Money studied education and psychology at Victoria University of Wellington. He was a professor at Johns Hopkins University in the United States.

Money made the "theory of neutrality", which argued that males and females are born without psychological differences. That led him to conduct a failed experiment in which he raised a boy as a girl.
