Levi Strauss & Co. is an American clothing company. It makes Levi's denim blue jeans. It was founded in San Francisco, California in May 1853.
Levi's jeans were worn especially often in the "blue jeans craze" between the 1960s and the 1990s.
As of 2016, the Levi Strauss Signature jeans are sold in 110 countries.
In March 2019, Levi's started on the New York Stock Exchange by the ticker "LEVI".
