Mohamed Harbi

Mohamed Harbi (Arabic: محمد حربي; June 16, 1933 – January 1, 2026) was an Algerian historian. He was a member of the National Liberation Front (Algeria) (FLN) during the Algerian War of Independence. At the age of 15, he joined the Movement for the Triumph of Democratic Liberties. Harbi taught political science in the University of Paris.

Harbi died on January 1, 2026 in Paris, France at the age of 92.
