"Moirang Sai" is a story telling art form of Manipur that narrates the epic love story of the Khamba Thoibi of Ancient Moirang, a province in Ancient Manipur. Currently, it is dying among the present generation of the Manipuri ethnicity. Recently, Mangka Mayanglambam, a legendary folk singer, is reviving the nearly extinct music art form. After her dedicated efforts, there have been consecutive workshops organized to preserve the age old tradition by many organizations and associations of Manipur.
