Spooky Month

A bell chimes as a clock turns from September 30th, to October 1st, then Skid announces that it is Spooky Month. He then throws his phone across the room and calls Pump. Pump informs Skid that he sent home something. Being a video of a skeleton doing the Spooky dance alongside a jump scare of the Ooga Booga. Skid slides into his living room and sees Lila getting attacked by Bob Velseb. Lila tells Skid to call 911 but Skid informs Lila that it is Spooky Month. Lila then offers Bob a piece of candy and he stops attacking her. Skid then informs his dying grandmother that it is Spooky Month. She then does the Spooky dance. Skid then goes outside with Pump. Frank then offers them candy. Skid and Pump inform him that it is Spooky Month and then Franks drives past them. Skid then says they should watch a horror movie. They then watch Really Spooky Ooga Booga. Pump then says they should go to the graveyard. They then go and yell "It's Spooky Month!" and then do a "prank call" by summoning Moloch and informing him that it is Spooky Month. They then play Luigi's Mansion and get a jump scare of the Ooga Booga. They then go downstairs and see Lila in a Santa Claus outfit, informing the kids that it is now November. They then say "It's the spooky before Christmas!". The episode ends with Skid and Pump both doing the Spooky dance.

Two thieves are robbing Skid's house. Skid catches them however, he is oblivious and says that they are here because of Spooky Month. Lila then gets out of bed and catches the thieves. Moloch asks Skid to get him out of the attic, however Skid says it is Spooky Month which somehow, means he can't let him out. Skid and Pump then get ice cream from Frank. They then go for a joke by Mr. Clown They then chuckle and go into Pump's older sister, Susie's room and mess on her computer. Skid then yells "Let's get the Hell out of here!" and proceeds to take her diorama of Hell and jumps out the window. They then go to Pump's grandfather's house and give him a heart attack. He then does the Spooky dance and breaks all of his bones. Skid and Pump then meet the Hatzgang. The teens beat up the boys. Roy then tells them to go the house on the hill. And then get almost assaulted by a pedophile. They then meet the Eyes of the Universe. Skid introduces himself and Pump asks him about Spooky Month. The Eyes then run outside and buy candy. The thieves then are shown getting arrested and the video ends with Skid, Pump, Lila, and the Eyes doing the Spooky dance.

Newgrounds ending: Jack and John are driving a car when they spot the house on the hill. One of the thieves then mentions Spooky Month, making Jack do the Spooky dance and accidentally run over the Ooga Booga.

Moloch bangs on the roof, to the annoyance of Lila. Lila then calls an exterminator to get rid of Moloch. Skid then informs Lila that Moloch is his friend. Lila then tells Skid to go play with Pump. They then get kidnapped by Frank and drive to the mall. They buy a Happy Fella doll. Frank, the cashier, asks why they're in costumes. The kids claim its Spooky Month, unaware its June. They then meet a drug dealer who gives them a bag of sugar and tells them to deliver it to CandyClub. They then play dead to go the hospital. We then see Dexter getting attacked by Moloch. Skid and Pump are now in the hospital and jump out of the bed. They then meet a nurse named Patty and tell her about Spooky Month. A group of zombie then do the Spooky dance and Patty informs them that it is June. They meet the Hatzgang again. They tell them about the Happy Fella. We then see Lila get attacked by Moloch, who has now possessed Dexter. Skid and Pump then deliver the sugar to Kevin at CandyClub. Kevin then looks worried. Skid and Pump then leave. Jack and John then come in, figuring out that the sugar is sugar and not cocaine. Skid and Pump then see Lila get attacked by Moloch and she tells them to run. Skid is unconvinced its Moloch, so Pump tells Moloch to turn his head around, because "only demons can do that". Moloch then does it and dies. As Skid, Pump, and Lila watch TV, Skid asks is it really Spooky Month, which Lila replying "Sure, why not? It's the Spooky Twin Month."

Skid watches an advertisement for the Happy Fella doll. Lila then is talking to her friend on the phone about how much the doll annoys her. Lila then leaves Skid at Pump's house while she goes off for work. Skid then asks if they can draw. Pump tells him that he doesn't have any colors. He then asks his sister, making her say no. They then steal the colors while the possessed Happy Fella doll tries to kill Mr. Wonder. They all draw together, the Happy Fella draws it killing Skid and Pump. The Happy Fella then asks to play the knife game. Susie then stops it, and the kids decide to go to the movie theatre. The Happy Fella then sneaks out, and gets caught by Frank, who throws him into the police car, that belongs to John and Jack. The two police officers bring the Happy fella to the candy store, where it attacks Kevin, gets thrown out. and then gets taken back by Skid and Pump. He later reveals his true colors to the kids and Lila, and gets thrown into an oven. The Happy Fella pleas to be released as they burn him. Moments after, Jaune, Lila's friend, appears with a new Happy Fella for Skid and Pump, and freaks out when it comes to life and throws it in the oven. As the kids and adult drinks milk, the TV announces Bob Velseb has escaped from prison.

Newgrounds ending: Jack and John are seen looking at a chart they made relating to the cult. They then leave to go get donuts, when a cult member comes in and burns down the house, along with the evidence.

Mayor Evermore orders Jack and John to catch Bob, the cannibal serial killer, who has killed eight people already since he escaped prison. As it is Halloween, Skid and Pump head out to do Trick-or-Treating. Lila wishes them well, but then sees Bob stalking her. She tries to call Jaune, but is confronted by Bob. She manages to escape, but when Jack and John arrive thanks to Jaune calling the police, they don't find Bob. Worried for her son, Lila and Jaune head out to find Skid and Pump. Meanwhile, Skid and Pump are enjoying Trick-or-Treating. They head to a haunted house, where Bob follows them and eats the arm of one of the scarers. In the Candy store, Kevin initially denies Skid and Pump candy, but after witnessing Bob follow them and escaping him, Kevin gives the duo a box of candy to leave him alone. Skid and Pump run into the Hatzgang, who are trick-or-treating for Robert's sick sister. They give them some candy, only to give it to Bob when he confronts and threatens the Hatzgang. Bob eventually corners Skid and Pump, but they think he wants to play Hide and Seek. Going along with it, he promises them more candy if they win. He then tries to find and stab them, but they keep tricking him. They eventually run into Lila and Jaune, who are relieved to find them. Their relief quickly turns to fear when they spot Bob stalking them. They cross the street, but Bob is run over by Jack and John when Bob attempts to do the same. Thinking they won, the police offer to take the group home, but are nearly attacked by a still-living Bob. Jack and John shoot Bob several times, but Bob eventually gets back up again. Jack runs over Bob twice, finally killing him. Back home, Lila shows Skid a picture of her halloween in her youth, but is horrified to learn that Skid recognized one of the adults in the photo as Bob.
YouTube ending: Ooga booga asks for candy, and jumpscares after receiving an apple.
Newgrounds ending: Jack and John are brought to the morgue where Patty tells them Bob had an amulet in his chest, the same one worn by the cult. Suddenly, John notices Bob's corpse has risen once more, only to realize Jack put it up as a prank after he shot it a couple more times. They argue over the ethics and potential paperwork of the prank in front of Patty.

The two thieves attempt to rob Lila's home again, specifically something in the attic. The fat thief gets scared by a giant spider, and both are forced to flee when the alarm goes off. They are confronted by an armed Lila, and are kicked out. Stressed, Lila calls Jaune, who offers to take her out to drink. She accepts, and leaves Skid with Pump under Susie care, whose grandfather went out for the moment. Despite Susie ordering them not to go outside, Skid and Pump immediately head out and go around town, terrorizing people such as Kevin, a Happy Fella mascot, the hatzgang, and Ignacio, one of their neighbors. After being chased out of the Morgue by Patty, Patty reenters, only to find a shadowy creature in front of her. The duo eventually reach the church, only to be denied entry by Father Gregor. Feeling sympathetic for their respective troubles with their parents, he offers to guide them into the light by ordering them to go and ask forgiveness to everyone they wronged. As they go around town asking forgiveness, John and Jack head to the morgue to ask an update on one of the bodies. They find Patty standing there with yellow eyes, but think its due to the stress of her job and give her some space. Once Skid and Pump head back to the hospital to apologize to Patty, Father Gregor recognizes her state as possession and quickly takes the kids to the police to watch them. As Father Gregor attempts to preform an exorcism, Skid and Pump return and distract him, but is still able to free Patty from the possession. An ooze falls out, and a figure emerges, revealing to be Moloch in his full form. As Moloch attempts to take the children and trick Father Gregor, Skid and Pump call out Moloch's name in defense, unknowingly weakening him. As Father Gregor berates the children for summoning a demon, Moloch escapes, forcing Father Gregor to give pursuit. Moloch possesses multiple people, only to be ejected each time. Eventually, he reaches Skid's home, where he possess both Skid and Pump. Despite injuring Father Gregor, he is able to release Moloch from Skid and Pump, and eventually banish him, turning Moloch into stone. As Skid and Pump cry for their fallen "friend," Father Gregor runs into a drunk Lila, who he then berates her parenting before leaving. He then returns to the church, only to be knocked out by the cult, who then take him to meet the Eyes of the Universe. Pump returns home thanks to Jaune, where his grandpa soon returns with a gift claiming it to be from his parents, but Susie spots the receipt. Skid apologizes to his mom, where they both hug and cry, unaware of the spider in the attic, lifting up the mannequin that was knocked down earlier.
YouTube ending: Ooga booga jumpscares in the middle of the credits this time, claiming it can happen anywhere now.
Newgrounds ending: The thin and fat thief report what happened to their boss: the candy dealer. The candy dealer claims to the cultists that they were ambushed, but the fat thief tries to mention the giant spider. While the candy dealer is upset to learn they failed due to a spider, the cultists leave them. The candy dealer tells the thieves to be careful, as their luck was running out.

After Roy tricked Skid and Pump into thinking there's candy in the forest, Susie, Ross, Robert, and a reluctant Roy enter the forest to find the two kids. After Susie finds them, Roy yells at them before Susie starts berating Roy for his "joke." Roy angrily stomps on a mushroom, releasing a cloud of spores and changing the episode's aspect ratio. The kids find themselves in the company of a shadowy figure, who introduces herself as Aspen Moor, and invites them into her cottage conveniently nearby. Inside, she treats the kids to any food they want, and soon also offers to play games, based on Skid's suggestion to Pump. Roy asks for a reward, with Aspen offering a wish to whoever wins the games. While Susie want's to be led out of the forest, Pump requests that his parents come back home. Aspen accepts Pump's wish proposal, and sets up a gameshow-like stage, where a kid is randomly selected to pick a game. Ross is chosen first, and decides to play TnT, a role-playing game. Transported into a dungeon, the group is confronted by a Beholder. Despite replacing Skid and Pump's D20s with 6-sided dice, they still roll 20s, winning the game. Aspen sets up another round, where Susie is chosen to pick the game. She chooses a "Left for Dead" like game where the group shoots a hoard of mushroom creatures. Skid and Pump find a massive gun, and Susie helps them use it on the boss, winning again. Aspen begrudgingly offers Skid and Pump each a pick of one of three hidden prizes. As they won cookies and a couch, Roy, having thrown up earlier, begins to pass out. Roy awakens in the real world, where they all have been taken to an abandoned cottage, and are covered in mushroom stains. Aspen, hidden in the shadows, grabs Roy and forces him to inhale more spores. Back outside the forest, the parents of the missing children and the police are leading a search party, when they find a candy wrapper, leading them to CandyCastle. They question Kevin, who recalls that the Hatzgang came three days ago, and when Skid, Pump, and Susie came in, Roy told Skid and Pump there was something in the forest. Susie ran after them, along with Ross and Robert. Kevin suggested Roy goes with them, and haven't seen them since. Upset that Kevin never told anyone, they force him to help them search in the woods. Back in the fantasy, Roy is put back to the show, and it's Pump's turn. Pump picks "all the games," and is transported to a Candyland-like board game, where each of he kids are in a game by themselves. Upset that he's supposed to play alone, he starts throwing dirt at Aspen. Aspen then sends all the kids to trial, but Skid and Pump's only defense is that they now want to play hide'n seek. Seeing this as an opportunity to look for an exit, the other kids agree. Aspen only agrees to this when she realizes the adults are entering the forest. As she quickly counts to a million, the kids search backstage through a series of doors, before finding a door leading to a pitch black void, where they all enter. Back in the real world, a search party of parents, the cops, and Kevin proceed deeper in the woods. Kevin trips on a branch and lands on a mushroom, inhaling the spores. He begins to hallucinate, and flees in terror, running into Aspen before he faints. Back at the cottage, the kids wake up, only to witness Aspen dragging Kevin inside, revealing to be a tree demon with a skull necklace. They flee, but the surrounding trees block their path. Aspen attempts to take Skid and Pump's souls with the necklace, but Susie triggers a snowball fight. Skid and Pump form a giant snowball, unknowingly with a large stone poking out, and throws it at Aspen. The rock shatters the necklace, releasing the soul contained within, and turning Aspen into a normal tree. The kids celebrate their victory, and the search party finds them soon after. As the kids reunite with their parents, Susie and Pump find that their own parents have finally returned, and happily reunite. The kids are taken to the hospital to have their vitals checked. As Susie tries to sleep, she is suddenly awaken by the image of Aspen. As she goes to check on Pump, she finds that a tree is seemingly stalking her. She returns to her bed, and, as well as the Hatzgang, is terrified.
YouTube ending: Kevin awakens in the cottage, where the shadow of Aspen approaches. As the figure enters the room, it's revealed to be Ooga Booga, who scares Kevin. He runs out of the cottage in terror, also encountering terrifying creatures in the woods. He eventually exits the forest, but not before a tree makes Kevin fall one last time.
Newgrounds ending: John, living with Jack after his house was burned down, is looking at his board about the cult case, along with drawings of Aspen drawn by the kids. Jack and Patty enter, with John saying how he couldn't find the remains of Aspen or the cottage in the woods. Jack thinks it was just the mushrooms, but John thinks it's a lead that could lead him to finding his daughter. As John apologizes for lashing out, a cultist overhears this and makes a call. Garcia barges into Mayor Evermore's office, who tells him that the tree is dead. As it was the only thing "holding everything," they need to bring someone back.
