The Cheesecake Factory is a North American-based restaurant company and cheesecake distributor. The company has 219 full service restaurants: 206 as The Cheesecake Factory and 13 as Grand Lux Cafe.

The first Cheesecake Factory restaurant opened in Beverly Hills, California in 1978. Its cheesecakes are found inside Barnes & Noble bookstores.
