Tobyl

Tobyl (Kazakh: Тобыл) is a city in the Kostanay Region of Kazakhstan. As of 2023, 28,453 people live in the city. This city is in the urban area of Kostanay.

Tobyl was founded in 1863. At first it was named Zatobolsk (Russian: Затобольск). It got city status in 2020.
