Ulytau Region

Ulytau Province or Ulytau Region (Kazakh: Ұлытау облысы, Russian: Улытауская область) is a region in the center of Kazakhstan. The capital of region is the city of Jezkazgan. As 2023, 221,395 people live here.

The region is named after the Ulytau (en) mountain range.

There are only three cities in this region: Jezkazgan, Karazhal and Satbayev.
