Victorino Mapa

Victorino Montano Mapa (February 25, 1855 – April 12, 1927) was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. He later became the second Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines under the Insular Government of the Philippine Islands.
