PotsdamLamb has nominated this page for deletion for the reason: Non-notable; I cannot find anything that states he was in the government; All I see on a search is nothing; I followed all of the links and they are all about a steel mill where this person's name is not mentioned. en:Rana Mahmood-ul-Hassan seems to be a politician. The problem though, birth dates don't match (The one we have is born in 1961, the one EnWP has is born in 1970). I haven't cross-checked the sources yet, but if the claim "Pakistani politician" is halfway credible, we can't simply delete the article. So if the birthday problem clears up (and we are indeed talking about the same person as EnWP), then it's a keep; in the other cases (more likely) it's a delete. Comment: I did post to the talk page asking the editor who just created their why this should not be QDd and they did not respond. It clearly states that if they post wait, they need to post on the talk page why. There is this article en:Mahmood-ul_Hassan from the ENG wiki. I did find this article him being a politician by searching for his name and adding politician to it, however, that is the only thing I can find, as the rest all have different first names. @PotsdamLamb: hi, i have did alot of research and i found out that he was not a politician but the good thing is, Mahmood Ul Hassan is an 18th Scale Government officer it mean in his country Pakistan. 18th Rank in Government is a big thing matter of Fact the Person who becomes the President of Pakistan is 22nd Scale Officer. @Airrack: I don't make the decision. I'm not an administrator so I can't choose whether to keep or delete a page. Also RFDs are not votes. RFDs are based on consensus. So let's say on another RfD there are 50 keep !votes with no explanation but 5 delete !votes with a very good explanation, the page will probably be deleted. --Ferien (talk) 10:21, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
