    This discussion is about whether or not the page should be deleted, as Fehufanga said. The name issue is related to the article’s notability as the name is associated with one notable person, but that person is not the subject of this article.     A couple points: 1. A presidential award does not mean a person must be notable. I have a presidental award. It was from a sitting US President. I am not notable (in wiki terms). I have that award, I have been in newspapers several times, I have been on television, I am written about in a published book and I have caused the destruction of a $30m military aircraft (with the help of a deer) .. and I am nowhere near notable enough for an article. Like me, this person does not meet the Wikipedia requirements for an article. 2. This is not about the title. That comment was so people would be aware that this was not about the notable politician but was about someone else. I is just to inform people of the fact. The RfD is still about the fact the subject is not notable enough for inclusion. 3. Fix your shift key. Unless you are writing the title of an item (like a newpaper article), only the first word of a sentence and any proper nouns should be capitalized.   •  Delete All the sources are bad. I'm not exactly sure what was wrong in these "scientific studies" but there must be some problem with the methodology because if they found that herbs diluted so much that there's no molecules of the herb left can cure people, then that doesn't make any sense and is completely unscientific.
