XEV LTD (acronym for X-Electrical Vehicle or Xianggang Electric Vehicle) is an Italian-Hong Kong automobile manufacturer, founded in 2016 by Tik Lou It is based in Turin and makes microcars. In 2021 the brand had 150 people, and in 2019 they announced their vehicles would be made in Shanghai.
