2026 United States House of Representatives elections in Florida
Redistricting
Map of Florida's congressional districts as passed by the Florida Legislature on April 29, 2026, which will be in use at the 2026 elections pending legal challengesInteractive map version
On April 29, 2026, the Florida House of Representatives and State Senate passed a new congressional district map proposed by Governor Ron DeSantis during a special legislative session. The map, which takes effect for the 2026 elections, is expected to result in a 24–4 Republican–Democratic split among the state's 28 congressional districts. Governor DeSantis signed the redistricting map into law on May 4. The map is being challenged in court on the basis that it violates the Fair Districts Amendment to the state constitution that passed in 2010 , which prohibits an explicitly partisan map. On May 26, a judge ruled that the new map will stay in effect for the 2026 elections.

Incumbent Republican Randy Fine won the primary election by a large margin. Fine assumed office on April 2, 2025, after winning the special election that occurred after Mike Waltz resigned to become U.S. National Security Advisor . He was elected with 56.6% of the vote. Fine was endorsed for re-election by President Donald Trump .
Fine's anti-Palestinian, Islamophobic, and racist comments on X regarding the Gaza war have sparked controversy and backlash, including condemnation from the American Jewish Committee . His challengers were viewed as likely to split the vote against him.
Gambaro has attacked Fine for his anti-Palestinian racism and called him a "security risk", while Baker has also criticized Fine as Israel First . Conversely, Bilzerian engaged in antisemitic rhetoric, which has included calling Fine a "fat Jew"; Bilzerian defended his comments by saying that Fine has made worse comments, pointing to when Fine stated that he preferred dogs to Muslims . Bilzerian released a video referring to Fine as a "Satanic whore" and "Shylock ", while praising Adolf Hitler and envisioning a repetition of the Holocaust . By the final days of the campaign, Bilzerian's rhetoric had been denounced by multiple Republican and Democratic congressmen and the American Jewish Committee.
Fine criticized Bilzerian for holding Armenian citizenship, and late in the primary campaign, referred Bilzerian to the FBI for alleged campaign finance irregularities. On the day of the Republican primary, a video of Fine was posted online of him illegally looking inside of a voter's mailbox. According to CBS , Fine's actions constituted mail fraud and violated federal law; however, the homeowner declined to press charges against Fine.
