A cartwheel pattern is a histopathologic architectural pattern. Microscopically, cartwheel arrangements appear to have center points that radiate cells or connective tissue outward. Cartwheel patterns may be irregular and, at lower magnification, can cause tissue to appear tangled into clumps.
