Lim Chiew Sien (Chinese: 林秋仙; pinyin: Lín Qiūxiān, born 14 May 1994) is a Malaysian badminton player who competes in women's doubles, mixed doubles and previously women's singles. A world junior team champion and Asian junior team bronze medalist, she was a member of the Malaysian mixed team that won the gold medal at the 2011 BWF World Junior Championships and the bronze medal at the 2012 Badminton Asia Junior Championships. At senior level, she finished runners-up in women's doubles at the 2024 Australian Open, a BWF World Tour Super 500 tournament, alongside Lai Pei Jing.

Lim and Lai reached the 2024 Australian Open final after a series of victories over higher-ranked opponents, before losing to Indonesia's Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma and Amallia Cahaya Pratiwi in three games. The achievement marked Lim's first BWF World Tour final and one of the most significant senior international results of her career. Previously, she partnered Vivian Hoo in women's doubles and achieved a career-high world ranking of number 15 on 27 December 2022.

Lim also won the women's doubles title at the 2016 India International Series alongside Goh Yea Ching and the mixed doubles title at the 2024 Kazakhstan International alongside Wong Tien Ci. With Wong, she achieved a career-high mixed doubles world ranking of number 26 on 1 April 2025. She also represented Malaysia at the 2013 SEA Games and 2014 Asian Games. Originally a singles player, Lim joined the Malaysia national badminton team at the age of 16 and switched to doubles in 2016. She left the national setup in March 2020 to continue her professional career as an independent player.

Career

Lim joined the Malaysian national team when she was 16, played as a singles player for six years before switching to doubles in 2016.
