List of POSIX commands
This is a list of POSIX (Portable Operating System Interface) shell commands as specified by IEEE Std 1003.1-2024, which is part of the Single UNIX Specification (SUS). These commands are commonly implemented in Unix and Unix-like shells and many are available in shells of other operating systems.
This is not a comprehensive list of historic Unix and Unix-like shell commands as it excludes commands that are not specified by the aforementioned standard.
