PAV-0056 is a novel benzodiazepine-based analgesic currently under development in Russia. As of at least 2024, it remains in the investigational stage. This experimental, non-opioid analgesic is a potential next-generation drug derived from 1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one, acting as a selective bradykinin receptor B1 antagonist.
