Catalyst Brands

Catalyst Brands LLC is a parent company formed in 2025 by the merger of SPARC Group and JCPenney.

SPARC Group brands include Aéropostale, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Lucky Brand Jeans, and Nautica. JCPenney CEO Marc Rosen is leading Catalyst Brands.
