Western Rail, Inc. sometimes nicknamed Western Rails Inc. (reporting mark WRIX) is an American shortline railroad organization based in Airway Heights, Washington. The company was founded by Todd Havens with the purpose of leasing, purchasing, selling and working on locomotives.
