• Reply. The file is being submitted as a non-free promotional image and fulfills all the criteria for doing so. Money Inc., for example, uses the exact same rationale. • Just because both men are alive doesn't mean the image is "easily replaceable". The team broke up in 2002 and both wrestlers have been in retirement for some time meaning they're no longer public figures.
