Details

When: September 5–6, 2009. (Labor Day weekend)

What: No stuffy conference room deal. Hitting a restaurant for grub, drinks and conversation on Saturday; and Sunday lunch followed by a show, for those who care to attend.

Where:

• Saturday: Dinner and beer at Blackstone Restaurant & Brewery at 7.
• Sunday: Lunch at Jackson's Bar & Bistro at 1pm followed (sort of) by The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) at Centennial Park at 7:30 (pre-show starts at 6:30, might want to get there around 6). Tickets are free.

Who: The Bathrobe Cabal, baby. You don't have to be a member to join, but if you bring a bathrobe, membership is yours! ;) For existing members, don't forget your bathrobe! Kodak moments abound.

Results: A good time was had by all! (except for when it rained on Sunday and canceled Complete Works)

• (and except for those who were unable to attend) :-(
• Pictures to come as soon as I, Lara, get an SD card.

Possibly attending

• Unlikely but possible; will probably be in some godforsaken desert later that month so it depends on flight times and airline routings. – iridescent
• Unless I have other plans... Benders Game
• Hopefully will make it to one or the other, though unlikely both. — Huntster (t • @ • c)

• I may have other obligations, but I will try to get away. AH-64 Longbow (talk)
• A very small "window of opportunity" has appeared, and I'm trying to force that window open in order to attend. It's still unlikely, and I'm not an accepted member of the BRC, but I would love to meet some of you folks. — Ched :  ?
  • It's not solely a BRC meetup, it's just that we're going to be in the majority. ;) If you can make it, please do so; it'll be a good time (especially for those that can see the show on Sunday). EVula // talk // ☯ //
• This isn't too far for me. Will think about it.--BirgitteSB

• Sorry; I will be out of state that weekend. Have a great meetup! --Allen (talk)
